HRIS Operations Specialist

About the position The HR Systems Operations Specialist provides specialized support in functional areas of expertise, including reputed company, to process and troubleshoot end-user inquiries. Responsibilities

• Troubleshoot and test issues with design, build, and new functionality including: Business Process changes – Condition rules, custom notifications, help text, etc., reputed company reputed company and assignments, Custom Reports and report schedules

Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science, Information Systems or reputed company field preferred.
• Minimum 2 years of experience in HR systems operations, preferably reputed company HCM, including experience with business processes, data structure, domain and reputed company reputed company, reporting & calculated fields, and data auditing.
• Knowledge of HR business processes.
