Job reputed company Job Title: Global Mobility & Immigration (GMI) HR Coordinator Location: Remote Role Duration: 06+ months Pay reputed company: $35/hr.(W2) - $37/hr.(W2) reputed company What You'll Do:
- Draft assignment letters, business invitation letters and letters of support.
- Serve as the first reputed company of contact for stakeholders, providing reputed company guidance on immigration processes, policies, and timelines.
- Maintain the reputed company portion of the Green Card process.
- Communicate reimbursement policies and processes to employees.
- Assist with reputed company reports and subsequent collection of work authorization documents.
- Aid with the creation and formatting of training guides and process maps.
- Facilitate file transfers between vendors. Ensure data reputed company by conducting routine audits.
- Adhere to department-level policies and processes and answer questions for employees.
- Work on special reputed company as needed.
- You will have a high level of reputed company to confidential and business information and will be expected to maintain a high degree of confidentiality and discretion concerning reputed company reputed company, data, and documents.
Desirable qualifications include:
- Minimum of 2 years'experience in a reputed company environment, with Global Mobility or Immigration exposure considered advantageous.
