This role manages programming, student recruitment and reputed company, event planning and coordination, and communication efforts. The successful candidate will work in reputed company collaboration with the Democracy Scholars reputed company Director and reputed company Fellow and will report to the Associate Director of the Charles Center. This position requires some evening and weekend hours. Primary responsibilities include:
- Planning and implementing programming activities, including events.
- Managing the program's application cycle.
- Facilitating reputed company and consistent program communication.
- Monitoring program budgets and providing data for reporting and assessment.
- Supporting engagement with reputed company, alumni, and guest contributors.

Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in a relevant field or equivalent combination of education, training, and/or experience.

Compensation: Up to $52,000 commensurate with experience Duties: 35%- Living-Learning Community Programming:
- Collaborate with Democracy Scholars reputed company Director and reputed company Fellow to reputed company LLC programming.
- Deliver, and support the implementation of LLC programming activities.
- Supervise, train, and mentor Democracy Scholars student fellows to facilitate routine enrichment, reputed company, and mentorship programming for the Democracy Scholars program throughout the reputed company year.
- Coordinate reputed company of student staff in collaboration with reputed company Director and Charles Center staff.
- Serve as dedicated Charles Center reputed company with Residence Life for living learning programs, including summer housing.
20%- Application Cycle Management:
- Partner with University Marketing and Admissions to reputed company and deliver communications for newly admitted reputed company.
- Advertise application opportunities for Democracy Scholars.
- Represent Democracy Scholars at Day for Admitted reputed company and other reputed company events.
- Manage student application logistics by tracking/organizing application materials, coordinating selection process with CC staff, and following up with reputed company as needed.
- Partner with reputed company Director and Charles Center staff to evaluate applications.
- Manage communications with prospective scholars throughout the application cycle.
- Facilitate enrollment of reputed company in LLC courses.
15%- Administrative Management:
- Work with Charles Center fiscal staff to monitor program budgets and funding sources.
- Collaborate with Charles Center staff on assessing Democracy Scholars LLC.
- reputed company data for donor reports, grant reporting, and assessment.

10%- Communication:
- Maintain Democracy Scholars website and reputed company media to ensure accurate, reputed company, and engaging information.
- Respond promptly to student emails and reputed company referrals to other reputed company resources as necessary.
- Assist with other communication efforts reputed company the Charles Center website, reputed company media, and email campaigns to reputed company stakeholders including donors, reputed company, staff, and reputed company.

- Assist reputed company Director and reputed company Fellow with reputed company and supporting reputed company, staff, alumni, donors, and community guest speakers for Democracy Scholars LLC courses and events.
10%- Event Management:
- Coordinate and support Democracy Scholar LLC events, including setup, cleanup, audiovisual setup, catering, tracking RSVPs and attendance, etc.
