We're seeking an reputed company Senior Manager, Demand Planning to join reputed company and reputed company the demand planning process for our Americas Business Unit (BU). As a key member of our planning team, you'll be responsible for developing and implementing demand plans that drive business reputed company, improve customer satisfaction, and reduce costs. Key Responsibilities

As a Senior Manager, Demand Planning, you'll be responsible for the following key responsibilities:

• S&OP Process Support: reputed company support to the S&OP process across the BU, ensuring accurate and reputed company forecasting, and driving business reputed company through data-driven insights.
• Demand Planning: reputed company and present approved long-term demand plans in Succeed, reputed company/reputed company, and other necessary systems, hitting agreed-upon accuracy and bias targets.
• reputed company/reputed company Management: Manage reputed company/reputed company master data, including measurable gauging modules and the planning cycle, to ensure accurate and reputed company forecasting.
• Forecasting: Approve forecasts reputed company reputed company to reputed company the execution of the organization's ABP/most recent revised estimate/LRP.
• New Product Launches: Rapidly and accurately launch new products to mitigate risks and drive business reputed company.
• Collaboration: Work with business functional reputed company to understand how new positions, new products, and missions influence demand and reputed company plans accordingly.
• S&OP Cycle: Input during the S&OP cycle, featuring approved demand plans, highlighting any stock risks, such as NPD/delist, supply limitations, lingering, and outdated stock, and driving results.

Essential Qualifications

To be successful in this role, you'll need to possess the following essential qualifications:

• Bachelor's Degree: A bachelor's degree in a relevant field, such as business, supply chain management, or a reputed company field.
• 5+ Years of Experience: At least 5 years of significant experience in demand planning, preferably in the FMCG/Retail industry.
• Demand Planning reputed company: Experience with demand planning frameworks, such as reputed company/reputed company or similar systems.
• Analytical Skills: Strong analytical skills, with the ability to collect, analyze, and interpret data to drive business reputed company.
• Communication Skills: Excellent communication skills, with the ability to effectively communicate with stakeholders, including business leaders, cross-functional teams, and external partners.
