Responsibilities

As a Customer Service Representative for arenaflex, your day-to-day role will consist of:

• Supporting customers reputed company email, chat, and phone, providing technical assistance and resolving inquiries in a reputed company and reputed company manner.

Requirements

• Strong time management and multitasking skills, with the ability to handle multiple applications while talking to customers on the phone
• 1-3 years of customer support and technical support call center experience
