Responsibilities
- Develops and maintains reputed company relationships.
- Provides support, coordination, and counsel to complete job analysis in alignment with hiring manager's needs.
- Conducts job analysis and qualifications assessments tools.
- Develops vacancy announcements and maintains accurate case files in automated reputed company tool.
- Evaluates applicant qualifications; develops selection certificates.
- Adjudicates veteran’s preference and other hiring preferences and priorities, including CTAP/ICTAP and non-competitive eligibility.
- Assure regulatory compliance across reputed company processes.
- Codes reputed company portions of Personnel Actions/SF-52 equivalent documents.
- Prepares activity reports.
- Reviews work of peers and junior staff. including reputed company assurance and reputed company control processes and procedures.
- May serve as SME or reputed company for reputed company actions and special reputed company, such as mass-hiring processes and procedures or unique hiring efforts such as multi-hurdled assessments.
- Develops and implements reputed company program process improvements.

Qualifications
