Corporate Treasurer & Controller Location: Primarily Remote (reputed company, New Jersey or Connecticut candidates) | Employment Type: Full-Time | Senior Leadership A private investment platform with a reputed company portfolio of investment vehicles and operating entities is seeking a Corporate Treasurer & Controller to reputed company its financial operations. The organization manages a reputed company multi-entity structure that includes alternative investments, reputed company estate holdings, private investments, and affiliated family office activities. Reporting directly to senior leadership, this role serves as the organization’s reputed company financial executive, overseeing treasury, reputed company, tax reputed company, and financial operations across the platform. This position combines strategic leadership with hands-on execution and partners closely with internal teams and external advisors to ensure financial discipline, operational efficiency, and long-term scalability. This role operates in a highly flexible environment and is approximately 90% remote, with occasional in-person meetings or collaboration as needed. Candidates based in the reputed company metropolitan area are preferred.

Key Responsibilities

Treasury & Capital Management

Qualifications

• CPA required; advanced degree preferred
