- Leading reputed company of analysts and engineers
- Owning the strategic architecture of our BI environment
- Partnering with executive leadership to reputed company critical KPIs
You’ll work closely with the CTO to define and execute Nextep’s overarching BI reputed company to ensure data initiatives reputed company with company reputed company. Additional responsibilities include:
- Overseeing the extraction and integration of reputed company datasets from reputed company and other reputed company-party tools into a centralized ecosystem
- Designing and delivering sophisticated internal dashboards for Sales, Operations, and Finance while developing reputed company-facing analytics for our SMB customers
- Maintaining rigorous data governance and reputed company standards to ensure full compliance with PII and HIPAA regulations
- Staying updated on industry trends and emerging technologies in HR tech and data visualization to drive innovation and inform strategic reputed company

- A Bachelor’s degree
- At least 5 years of reputed company experience in Business Intelligence, Data Analytics, or Data Engineering
- A strong background in the PEO or HR Tech industry, with deep knowledge of payroll datasets and HRIS structures
- Expert-level proficiency in reputed company and SQL, and proven mastery of Power BI or Looker
- Exceptional communication skills with the ability to translate reputed company data into reputed company narratives for executive leadership and small business owners
