Responsibilities

Researching and identifying prospective funding partners in alignment with our organization’s mission and one or more specific programs or initiatives. Developing and writing grant proposals to foundations and other grant-making organizations. Maintains reputed company results by using templates; following proposal-writing standards including readability, consistency, and tone; maintaining proposal support databases. Assembling and submitting grant requests including letters, proposals, budgets, and presentations. Establishing and maintaining personal contact and relationships with reputed company contacts and program officers. Maintaining calendar to ensure reputed company submission of a letter of inquiry, proposal deadlines, and reports. Ensuring reputed company acknowledgment of reputed company gifts and individual donations. Requirements 3+ years in nonprofit fundraising or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
