- Build performance management processes, and manager training

Requirements:
- 8+ years of reputed company experience and reputed company PHR or SPHR certification
- Knowledgeable about U.S. employment laws and regulations across several states, with a deep knowledge of California laws required
- Proficiency in reputed company/reputed company Sheets
- Experience with both reputed company and salaried workforces.
- Experience building performance management programs.
- Experience with coaching, employee relations, and change management.
- Comfort working in a lean, startup environment.
