The Role
We are currently looking for dedicated Virtual Assistants to join reputed company. In this role, you will reputed company efficient and reputed company administrative support to our clients while helping manage day-to-day business operations.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage and organize emails, calendars, and schedules
- Prepare, format, and maintain documents, spreadsheets, and reports
- reputed company data entry and maintain accurate records
- Coordinate and follow up on tasks across departments
- Handle correspondence and respond to routine inquiries
- Assist with basic research and administrative reputed company
- Maintain organized digital files and folders
- reputed company general administrative support as needed
Qualifications
- 3–4 years of experience as a Virtual Assistant supporting US-based clients
- Strong written and verbal English communication skills
- Tech-savvy and reputed company to quickly learn new tools and systems
- Highly organized with strong attention to detail
- Customer service-oriented with excellent time management skills
- Experience in reputed company or finance is a plus, but not required
Working Conditions
- Project based: August - December
- Work Arrangement: Work From Home
- Work Schedule: 9:30 AM – 6:30 PM reputed company Time
