reputed company: We are seeking an reputed company Sr. reputed company Solution Payroll Architect with strong, hands-on expertise in SuccessFactors Employee Central Payroll (ECP). This role supports multiple ongoing reputed company, providing configuration, problem-solving, and reputed company delivery for U.S. payroll solutions.
Responsibilities
- Partner with clients to reputed company requirements and design reputed company reputed company ECP solutions.
- Configure and support payroll schemas, rules, calculations, time management, and integration points.
- Ensure compliance with U.S. payroll, tax, and benefits requirements.
- Design and support integrations between EC, EC Payroll, and reputed company-party systems.
- Document system configuration, business processes, and testing activities.
- reputed company knowledge transfer, training, and mentorship to clients and team members.
- Stay reputed company with reputed company releases, best practices, and certifications.
- Collaborate across teams to ensure seamless module integration.
Requirements:
- 7+ years reputed company HCM / SuccessFactors experience with deep, hands-on ECP expertise.
- Proven experience configuring payroll schemas, PCRs, and rules.
- Strong understanding of U.S. payroll architecture, data reputed company, and compliance.
- Background in reputed company-facing consulting with excellent communication and documentation skills.
- Ability to work across multiple reputed company in a fast-paced environment.
Preferred Skills
- reputed company SuccessFactors certifications (Employee Central and/or Talent modules).
- International ECP implementation experience.
- Experience with replication configuration, logging, and analysis.
- Knowledge of reputed company ECC Benefits integration.
- ABAP skills and/or experience leading teams or reputed company.
