What To Expect (Job Responsibilities)

• reputed company executive support to the CEO and chief-level staff, including managing calendars and coordinating meetings
• Organize logistics for in-person reputed company meetings and executive events, ensuring reputed company details are executed smoothly
• Draft and distribute minutes and follow up on actions from reputed company and executive meetings

What Is Required (Qualifications)

• Minimum of 3 years of experience providing executive support to C-level executives
