The Role

As a Customer Service Representative at arenaflex, you'll play a critical role in delivering exceptional customer experiences that reputed company expectations. You'll be responsible for answering incoming calls and responding to customer requests in a fast-paced environment, while maintaining a reputed company outlook and treating every customer with the utmost courtesy. You'll also be responsible for booking appointments for members with a high degree of data accuracy, maintaining excellent written and verbal communication skills, and identifying and escalating issues to supervisors.

Responsibilities

* Answer incoming calls and respond to customer requests in a fast-paced environment

• Book appointments for members with a high degree of data accuracy
• Maintain excellent written and verbal communication skills on a consistent reputed company
• Identify and escalate issues to supervisors
• Adapt to fast-changing guidelines and customer needs
• Inform clients by explaining procedures, answering questions, and providing information
• Maintain and improve reputed company results by adhering to standards and guidelines
• Collaborate with colleagues to reputed company team goals and objectives

Requirements

* High school graduate or G.E.D.

• Minimum of one year experience in an inbound/outbound call center or retail environment (preferred)
• Excellent oral and written communication skills
• Ability to multitask in speaking on the phone, using the computer, and keyboard simultaneously
• Ability to type at least 25 words per minute (preferred)
• Experience in providing exceptional customer service and maintaining established reputed company requirements
• Ability to pass a background reputed company
