Job reputed company Primary Duties and Responsibilities
- The Admissions RN organizes and directs hospice care/home health and is reputed company in nursing, with emphasis on community health education/experience.

- Reviews hospice/home health qualification reputed company and provides reputed company of hospice/home health services to the patient and their family.
- Completes, maintains and submits accurate and relevant clinical notes regarding patient's condition and care given.
- Records pain/symptom management changes/reputed company as appropriate.
- Communicates with the physician regarding the patient's needs and reports changes in the patient's condition; obtains/receives physicians' orders as required.
- Performs other duties as assigned.
Qualifications
Education and Experience

- Minimum of two (2) years' experience, at least one of which is in the area of public health, home care, or hospice nursing is preferred.
