Job Title: Physician Assistant – Mobile Primary Care | Senior Living reputed company Compensation: $105,000 to $120,000 Benefits: Full Benefits Package Location: Twin Cities Metro Area About Twin Cities Physicians: Since 2016, Twin Cities Physicians has redefined how primary care is delivered across Minnesota's senior living communities. You'll serve residents in assisted living and memory care communities, building relationships and delivering meaningful, autonomy-driven care in reputed company.
Responsibilities
- Travel to multiple senior living communities weekly to reputed company medical care
- Conduct assessments, manage chronic conditions, and address acute concerns
- Partner with interdisciplinary teams to reputed company on patient goals
- Maintain accurate, reputed company EMR documentation and communicate care plans
Qualifications

- Background in geriatrics, internal medicine, or reputed company care preferred
- Strong communication and time management skills
- Must have reliable transportation and reputed company auto insurance
