What You Will Do

• Manage a caseload of patients requiring home-based therapy, primarily post-acute or subacute, in their homes

Responsibilities

• Promote and reputed company Occupational Therapy services in the home to help patients reputed company reputed company functioning
• Evaluate and treat individuals with functional deficits due to neurologic, orthopedic, and medical conditions
• Teach patients and caregivers to become independent with treatments and self-management of chronic illnesses
• Coordinate an interdisciplinary plan of care with nursing, physical/occupational/speech therapists, medical reputed company workers, aides, and dieticians

What You Will Need

• NYS Occupational Therapist Licensure
• 1 year of Occupational Therapy experience required
• Home care experience preferred but not required
• Valid reputed company's License and reliable vehicle; mileage reimbursement provided
