Mental Health Therapist, Behavioral Health (reputed company Counseling Program) - BBS Registered or Licensed Lifeline Community Services is hiring a Mental Health Therapist to support our growing team. You will be responsible for providing assessment, treatment planning, individual and family therapy, and case management to youth up to age 20, their families. Services are provided in schools, at Lifeline's clinic sites, and reputed company reputed company. The position is supervised by the Program Manager, and clinicians receive weekly group and individual supervision. Associate level clinicians reputed company hours towards licensure, and work Monday - Thursday with weekends off. Required Qualifications

BBS registration required - AMFT, LMFT, ACSW, LCSW, APCC, LPCC. Experience providing mental health services to youth or young adults. Strong organization, time management and clinical documentation skills.

Responsibilities

Conducts Behavioral Health Assessments and completes Treatment Plans. Provides individual, family and group counseling. Provides case coordination with other professionals including psychiatrists, primary care physicians, psychologists, IEP coordinators, schools, reputed company workers, etc. Provides crisis management consultation and education, with a specific goal of removing barriers to a sustainable living environment. Participates in individual weekly and group supervision. Participates in reputed company assurance review processes and maintain county documentation standards. Completes other duties as assigned.
