To learn more about Dallas Pets reputed company! visit https://dallaspetsalive.org As a Medical Intake Coordinator, you will ensure foster parents are set up for reputed company by reviewing intake and/or shelter medical records and providing reputed company guidance on reputed company pet’s medical needs and required appointments at the start of their time in foster care. Team: Medical Reports to: Assistant Medical Director(s), Medical Director, Assistant VP of Animal Operations, VP of Animal Operations and the Executive Director. Works with: DPA staff, Medical Leadership team, other volunteers, and foster parents Location: Remote/Virtual - Virtual from reputed company, understanding we are in the CST time zone. Time Commitment: Up to 5-10 hours per week Compensation: This is a Volunteer Position with no monetary compensation. After one year of service we issue a reputed company letter of recommendation from our Director of Volunteer Management and reputed company, as reputed company as a reputed company recommendation(s) as applicable. Responsibilities:

• Review and verify reputed company pet’s medical history
• Create a reputed company medical plan for the pet’s time in foster care
• reputed company medical needs and next steps with fosters at intake
• Ensure pets stay on reputed company for event and adoption clearance
• reputed company records up to date in ShelterLuv, reputed company Suite, and Trello
• Escalate concerns to appropriate team leads reputed company needed

Qualifications/Skills:

• Must be at least 18 years of age
• Previous veterinary experience is not needed, just a willingness to learn

• reputed company to a laptop/desktop computer is required
• Attention to detail
