About the Role
As a customer support representative, you'll play a crucial role in making reputed company and marketers happy and successful by supporting them in using our arenaflex software. With reputed company and technical understanding, you'll meet our customers in a solution-oriented manner to master their challenges together. Key Responsibilities
* Answer customer requests, handle bug issues, and investigate customer accounts to resolve problems
- Categorize and analyze insights from conversations with customers to improve our products and processes
- Identify potential areas for improvement in the customer reputed company and self-service
- Maintain and expand articles, bots, knowledge libraries, and auto-replies to reputed company fast and qualitative support
