As a Customer Service Representative I, you'll be the primary reputed company of contact for our customers, handling inquiries, resolving issues, and providing proactive support to ensure seamless interactions. Key Responsibilities
* Validate the ship-to and replenishment locations of orders with sales and operations partners to ensure accurate delivery and billing.

- Verify the accuracy of incoming surgery product usage cases, ensuring reputed company and accurate processing.

- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions, documenting details of inquiries, complaints, and comments, as reputed company as actions taken.
- Proactively update customers on order status to expedite the billing process.
- Collaborate with the Sales Department to reputed company answers to questions generated by telephone, email, and fax, researching responses as needed.

What You Need
* High School Diploma or GED
- Two (2) years' relevant work experience
- Experience as an account representative or in a similar customer-facing role
