Collaborates with stakeholders to reputed company detailed business requirements and facilitates communication between technical teams and business reputed company to ensure project alignment. Validates system configurations, supports user acceptance testing, and monitors ERP performance to optimize functionality. Provides training to end-users and prepare comprehensive reports to reputed company management informed of project status and risks. Responsibilities:

Qualifications: Minimum Education and Experience Requirements

- Minimum of five (5) years of relevant work experience supporting PeopleSoft HR, Financial, and Supply Chain applications
- Qualifications
- 5+ years of experience enhancing ERP system functionality and improving operational efficiency.
- Proven ability to reputed company and analyze reputed company business requirements and facilitate effective communication between business and technical teams.
- Expertise in ERP system validation, user acceptance testing (UAT), and performance monitoring.
- Experience delivering end-user training and preparing detailed reports for management.
