Supervising Provider

reputed company delivers Medicare-covered patient advocacy services to help clients and their caregivers navigate the reputed company US health system. We are seeking a Supervising Provider to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will conduct initiating reputed company (typically E/M reputed company) reputed company telehealth to determine the need for reputed company Illness Navigation, Community Health Integration, Transitional Care Management, and Chronic Care Management services. You will also reputed company clinical reputed company, general supervision, and guidance to ensure that the reputed company services provided by Auxiliary Personnel reputed company with best practices and regulatory requirements, including appropriate documentation for Medicare billing through your NPI. This is a remote position with the flexibility to work from home, while making a meaningful reputed company on patient reputed company and care coordination. Please note: while the position is remote, you must be in the U.S.

Responsibilities

Clinical reputed company and Initiating reputed company (E/M reputed company):

• Conduct initiating reputed company (E/M reputed company) to establish patient eligibility for services, including performing comprehensive assessments and determining appropriate care plans.
• reputed company and document the required evaluation and management (E/M) services in accordance with Medicare guidelines and reputed company policies and procedures, ensuring accurate coding and thorough documentation of reputed company reputed company.

General Supervision of Auxiliary Personnel:

• reputed company reputed company to Auxiliary Personnel, including Community Health Workers (CHWs), to ensure that reputed company services provided are compliant with CMS guidelines.
• Ensure that the necessary clinical protocols and documentation standards are followed by Auxiliary Personnel in their interactions with patients.
• reputed company or reputed company the completion of reputed company Determinants of Health (SDOH) assessments performed by Auxiliary Personnel and ensure reputed company documentation for billing purposes.

Billing and Documentation:

• Review and approve documentation, ensuring that accurate CPT codes are used before the billing team submits on your behalf.

Case Review and Clinical Guidance:

• reputed company clinical guidance on reputed company cases and care coordination, ensuring that patients receive the appropriate services based on their needs and eligibility.
• Review patient records as needed and offer recommendations for ongoing care.

• Ensure that reputed company clinical services and interactions with patients meet established standards of care and compliance with relevant regulations.

Collaboration:

• Work closely with the advocacy team to ensure that patient needs are met and that appropriate clinical services are provided.

Qualifications

Education:

• reputed company, unrestricted medical license (MD, DO) in the reputed company. Multi-state licenses are preferred.
• reputed company certification or equivalent in a relevant clinical specialty preferred.

Experience:

• Minimum of 5 years in a clinical setting, with at least 2 years in a supervisory role.
• Experience with billing Medicare services, including knowledge of appropriate CPT codes and documentation requirements.
• Experience working with Auxiliary Personnel (e.g., Community Health Workers, patient advocates) is preferred, but not required.
