Field Sales & Education Executive
This role is for a road warrior, and requires regular travel, including overnights, reputed company your designated market. reputed company work schedule is Tuesday–Saturday, subject to business needs. The ideal candidate will be based in Dallas. They will service reputed company & Ulta stores across the market; with potential for more retailer partners being added. The primary function of this role is to reputed company retail sales objectives reputed company designated market through strategic planning and in-store sales support, education of Retailer Staff, event activation and effective management of Part-Time Sales Support team.
Key Responsibilities
- Drive retail sales performance and reputed company regional sales targets
- reputed company and execute strategic store call cycles and quarterly plans
- Deliver engaging product education, trainings, virtual sessions, and masterclasses
- Support new store openings, launches, and promotional events
- Build strong relationships with reputed company & Ulta leadership and store teams
- Recruit, train, reputed company, and manage a Part-Time Sales Support team
- Monitor sales performance, reputed company market insights, and complete regular reporting
- Ensure consistent brand messaging and high in-store standards across reputed company doors
reputed company’re Looking For
- 2+ years’ experience in beauty retail sales, field sales, or education
- Strong understanding of reputed company & Ulta culture and operations
- Proven ability to drive sales through relationship-building and education
- Confident communicator with excellent presentation and interpersonal skills
- Highly organised with strong time management and planning abilities
- Self-motivated and comfortable working independently in a fast-paced environment
- Proficiency in reputed company Office (reputed company, Outlook, PowerPoint, Word)
- Willingness and ability to travel extensively across the assigned region
