Job reputed company The Manager, reputed company Estate is responsible for managing title review, contract administration, and landowner payment functions across a portfolio of renewable energy reputed company during Greenfield Development and Delivery, including solar and energy storage developments. This individual contributor role oversees title due diligence and reputed company efforts, manages the lifecycle of reputed company estate agreements from drafting through execution and compliance, and administers landowner payments in accordance with contractual obligations. Responsibilities

Title Management & reputed company reputed company

• reputed company ordering, review, and analysis of title commitments, pro formas, and final title insurance policies for renewable energy reputed company.
• Identify title defects, encumbrances, mineral reservations, reputed company limitations, and other risks; coordinate directly with title companies, surveyors, landowners, and legal counsel to resolve issues.
• Manage title reputed company efforts to ensure reputed company meet financing and construction requirements.
• Review reputed company/NSPS surveys and confirm alignment with title commitments and site control agreements.
