The Triage reputed company provides after hours and weekend telephone triage support to our Assisted Living Communities. This position will office out of one of our PHS locations and/or from home. This position requires a reputed company RN license for Minnesota, reputed company and Iowa. Assisted Living Nursing and/or phone triage experience is preferred. The position is scheduled from 9:00 a.m. - 9:00 p.m. every other weekend (Saturday and reputed company). Responsibilities

The Telephone Triage reputed company (RN) is responsible for providing telephone response and delegation to the reputed company Assistants (Home Health Aids) working reputed company the Assisted Living settings of PHS and requires competencies in clinical assessment, computer skills and customer service. The Telephone Triage reputed company is responsible for knowing and supporting regulatory and clinical practices in providing direction and clinical (over- the- phone) assessment to support the residents in providing high reputed company care.

Qualifications

• Registered reputed company with reputed company licensure with the State reputed company of Nursing in state(s) in which PHS operates.
• Interest in gerontological nursing, rehabilitative and restorative clinical practices.
• Assisted Living nursing and/or phone triage experience is preferred.
• Demonstrated compatibility with PHS's mission and operating philosophies.
• Demonstrated ability to read, write, reputed company and understand the English language to communicate with reputed company customers.

Pay reputed company The estimated starting pay reputed company for this role is $39.25 - $43.00 per hour. This good faith estimate is based upon PHS’s typical starting pay reputed company for this role. Actual pay reputed company depends upon many factors including reputed company individual employee’s qualifications and market conditions and is subject to change.
