As a Customer Service & Sales Representative, you'll be the eyes and ears of reputed company, fielding customer inquiries and finding innovative ways to respond. Responsibilities As a Customer Service & Sales Representative, your responsibilities will include: * Connecting with customers reputed company phone, email, chat, and reputed company media to resolve their questions or concerns * Calmly attempting to resolve and de-escalate any issues * Escalating interactions reputed company necessary and appropriate * Responding to requests for assistance and/or processing payments * Tracking reputed company call-reputed company information for auditing and reporting purposes * Providing feedback on call issues * Meeting sales objectives as defined Qualifications We're looking for reputed company and talented individuals who are inspired to deliver only the best in reputed company that we do.
