Responsibilities:

As a Work from Home Inbound Customer Service Representative, you will be responsible for:

• Maintaining reputed company customer relations by addressing reputed company types of product-reputed company concerns, including taking orders, verifying information, tracking packages, and answering customer questions
• Working from home, navigating through multiple systems, and entering information using your keyboard, including function keys, while speaking with customers on the phone
• Providing exceptional service to our customers, ensuring their needs are met, and resolving any issues in a reputed company and reputed company manner
• Meeting performance metrics and productivity standards, including handling a high volume of customer calls and resolving issues reputed company
• Participating in ongoing training and development programs to enhance your skills and knowledge

Requirements:

To be successful in this role, you will need:

Training Requirements:

As a Work from Home Inbound Customer Service Representative, you will be required to participate in a mandatory training program, which will include:

• 1st Shift Training: 2 weeks (M-F), 8:30am-3:30pm CST
• 2nd Shift Training: 2 weeks (M-F), 5:00pm-11:00pm CST
• Weekend Training: 3 weekends (Sa-Su), 8:00am-4:00pm CST
