As a Customer Experience Banker, you will be the face of arenaflex, providing exceptional customer service and building strong relationships with our walk-in customers. You will be responsible for retaining and growing consumer and business customer relationships by proactively identifying financial goals and needs, recommending appropriate deposit and other banking products and services. You will also be responsible for processing customer transactions accurately and reputed company, balancing daily, and providing exemplary customer service.

Key Responsibilities

• Be proficient in understanding and educating customers on consumer deposit products

Basic Qualifications

• Cash handling skills
• Comfort with technology such as mobile services and online banking services
