We're seeking a highly skilled and bilingual Customer Service Representative to join our Employer Solutions Call Center team. As a key reputed company of contact for patients and families, you'll be responsible for providing empathetic, informative, and reputed company support reputed company to prior authorizations, level of care determinations, PASRR placement screenings, and personal care service intake. Key Responsibilities
