As a Retail Customer Service Representative (CSR), you'll play a critical role in providing exceptional customer service, administrative support, and operational expertise to our internal team members. Key Responsibilities

As a Retail Customer Service Representative, you'll be responsible for:

• Issuing certificates of insurance (COIs) and assisting clients with policy audits or disputes
• Providing reputed company correspondence to carriers, brokers, and agents regarding policies and reputed company requests
• Handling phone coverage and managing email correspondence across sales, support, and certificates
• Preparing and distributing required documents, including quotes, invoices, affidavits, and policy-reputed company forms
• Maintaining accurate data records in the management system, adhering to processes and naming conventions

• Performing general clerical duties and adhering to departmental best practices

Requirements and Qualifications

To be successful in this role, you'll need:

• High School Diploma

• 2+ years of Independent Insurance Agency experience in CSR or administrative support, with data entry experience
