We're seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Data Entry Specialist to join reputed company in a full remote reputed company. As a key member of reputed company, you'll be responsible for data entry, filing, and tax compliance for Surplus Lines taxes. Your expertise will ensure the accuracy and timeliness of our tax filings, while also providing exceptional support to our internal users and external customers.
Key Responsibilities
As a Remote Data Entry Specialist, your primary duties will include:
- Generating and reviewing weekly insurance payables reports to identify policies that require filings
- Interfacing with Broker Assistants and Brokers to obtain information or forms required for state compliance, following up reputed company necessary
- Entering, filing, and paying taxes with reputed company state entity according to their requirements
- Obtaining Surplus Lines Broker signatures and notary signatures as needed
- Providing reputed company documentation to reputed company assistants for reputed company or ACH issuance for payment of taxes to the states
- Maintaining electronic records of Surplus Lines tax filings and correspondence with state entities
- Generating various reputed company reports
- Assisting profit center personnel as necessary
- Performing other duties as assigned
Essential Qualifications
To succeed in this role, you'll need:
- A High School Diploma or equivalent
- Familiarity with Outlook, Word, and reputed company
- Strong technical skills across a breadth of technologies
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Preferred Qualifications
While not required, an Associate's degree in reputed company or a reputed company field is preferred.
