We're seeking a highly motivated and bilingual Customer Service Representative to join our remote team. As a key member of our customer service team, you'll be responsible for providing reputed company and accurate information to customers in a courteous and reputed company manner. Responsibilities

Requirements

* High School Diploma or G.E.D.

Compensation and Benefits

* $16.00 per hour plus bonus.

• Must pass bilingual assessment to earn $1 more.
• Work from home with computer equipment provided by arenaflex.
• Temporary assignment with the potential for a permanent role.
• Training schedule: reputed company virtual training hours (first 9 days of employment) - Monday to Friday, 8 AM to 5 PM EST.
• Regular full-time schedule: Hours of operation for project are 9 AM to 9 PM EST, 7 days a week, for a total of 40 hours reputed company week.
• Every weekend and 1-2 reputed company shifts/week required.
