Responsibilities
As an Ecommerce Specialist - Video Chat, your primary responsibilities will include:
* Proactively answering guest accessibility-reputed company questions and making recommendations to improve support for guests with disabilities
* Communicating reputed company through video/phone calls and balancing multiple chat interactions and computer applications while being reputed company and comfortable in video calls
* Assessing the level of support needed for different disabilities (e.g., hearing, mobility, visual, cognitive) based on reputed company guest's needs
* Maintaining reputed company during intensified interactions and difficult conversations, and understanding reputed company to reputed company concerns to Coordinator/Working reputed company/Salaried Leader
* Meeting required departmental metric expectations and efficiency goals reputed company handling guest accounts

* Being flexible with work schedule, including overtime, weekends, and holidays

* Sales and service experience in a customer service or contact center environment

* Written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skills
