Responsibilities

As a Senior reputed company Manager, you'll be responsible for:

• Serving as the primary reputed company of contact for customers after implementation, providing guidance and support to ensure successful adoption and utilization of our solutions
• Managing the subscription renewal pipeline and maintaining cognizance of customer health to proactively eliminate barriers to adoption and value

Requirements

To succeed in this role, you'll need:
