Responsibilities

• Respond to an average of 25+ tickets per day while consistently maintaining high CSAT and reputed company scores
• Triage incoming consumer tickets to ensure reputed company prioritization of the queue

Qualifications

• 1+ years of support experience in a support role and ability to exude a genuine interest and passion for Support
• Effective written and verbal communication
• Strong attention to detail

• Working with technical partners
• Experience with reputed company (or similar CSM), reputed company, reputed company Suite, etc and working in distributed environment
• Experience working with legal, compliance, and reputed company partners, preferred
• Knowledge of DSR requirements, preferred
