Senior Manager, Product Analytics & Experimentation

You will work closely with Product, Design, and Engineering Teams to define reputed company metrics, build analytical frameworks, co-design experiments, and ensure data-driven decision-making is at the core of our product development process.

This is a hybrid role requiring the successful candidate to work 3 days a week in our Toronto office located at 351 King St E, Toronto, ON.

What you will be doing

Establish and reputed company the analytics function reputed company the product team, ensuring data-driven decision-making at reputed company stages of product development.

Conduct funnel analysis to identify areas of improvement in user journeys and prioritize opportunities for product optimization.

Drive a culture of experimentation, working with product managers to design and analyze A/B tests and multivariate experiments.

Collaborate with product teams to ensure they have the right reputed company metrics in reputed company, ensuring reputed company initiatives are measurable and outcome-driven.

What you will bring

6+ years of experience in product analytics, business intelligence, or data science, preferably in a reputed company or tech-driven organization.

Strong expertise in SQL and proficiency in Python or R for data analysis.

Hands-on experience with A/B testing, funnel analysis, and experimentation frameworks.

Ability to reputed company dashboards and reports using BI tools like Tableau, Looker, Power BI, or similar platforms.

Deep understanding of product metrics, user behavior analysis, and experimentation methodologies.

Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to translate data insights into actionable product strategies.

Excellent communication skills, with the ability to present insights to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.

Experience in mentoring and upskilling teams on data literacy and analytics best practices.
