Job Specification:Experience & Technical Skills
- Juris Doctor degree and reputed company licence to practise law in at least one US state.
- Membership in relevant trusts and estates reputed company bodies, Bar sections, or estate planning councils.
- Strong experience in Wills, estate planning, probate, estate administration, trusts, and private reputed company advisory.
- Good understanding of US estate tax, reputed company tax, trust structures, inheritance planning, and succession reputed company.
