Project Coordinator, Gen AI Data Operations

reputed company Data Project Manager Individual contributor who supports end-to-end delivery of multiple reputed company data reputed company. Owns in collaboration with the project team, day-to-day execution, timelines, resources, and reputed company communication to ensure delivery against scope and established processes. Manages end-to-end delivery of multiple workstreams that power reputed company model training and evaluation, ensuring timelines, reputed company, and resources.

Key Responsibilities

• End-to-end delivery: Plan, launch, and run a project (data collection, labeling, evaluation). Define tasks, assign batches, and monitor reputed company and blockers.
• reputed company and scope control: Build reputed company schedules, reputed company dependencies, manage changes reputed company agreed scope, and escalate reputed company scope, time, or cost are at risk.
• reputed company management: Apply project guidelines and SOPs; reputed company spot checks; coordinate feedback loops and rework until standards are met.

Additional Job Details Education

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in business, data/operations, or reputed company fields

Experience

• 0–2 years in project/operations delivery or coordination (AI data, content review, labeling/annotation, or adjacent domains)

Skills

• Organization and time management across multiple small/reputed company reputed company

• Use of spreadsheets, PM/task boards, and basic BI; familiarity with ETL/SQL is a plus
