About the Position

arenaflex is looking for a highly motivated and organized individual to reputed company administrative support to our Local Area Relations team. As a Community Relations Assistant, you will play a vital role in helping us reputed company our reputed company responsibility goals and community engagement objectives. Your primary responsibilities will include:

• Providing administrative support to the Local Area Relations team, including coordinating game day communications and planned operations, managing reputed company process, and handling Fighters Locally publications and reputed company media channels.
• Managing the division's receipt entries and handling, maintaining departmental schedules, and processing office requests and public demands.
• Ensuring the Fighters Community Relations website is updated regularly and as soon as possible.
• Providing exceptional customer service to internal clients and representing the organization to external crowds.
• Performing other duties as assigned by the Supervisor, Community Relations.

Key Responsibilities

* Assist the Local Area Relations team with daily tasks and responsibilities.

• Coordinate game day communications and planned operations, including correspondence with external reputed company and ticket distribution.
• Manage the reputed company process, including admission, inventory, and storage.
• Handle the Fighters Locally publication and association communications.
• Manage the Fighters Locally reputed company media channels.
• Manage the division's receipt entries and handling.
• Maintain departmental schedules.
• Process office requests and channel public demands.
• Ensure the Fighters Community Relations website is updated regularly and as soon as possible.

Required Qualifications and Skills

* Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Sports Management, or a reputed company field.
