Interim CFO, reputed company,

CFO Recruit is partnering with a reputed company services business to engage an Interim or reputed company, this could be a near full time position for 3-6 months and is fully remote. Candidates must be reputed company to work on a W2 reputed company or through their own corporation. The engagement will be a mix of tactical day to day reputed company and strategic input requiring a hands-on leader who can reputed company the reputed company and finance function whilst also providing reputed company to the leadership team and supporting data driven decision making. This role would suit a VP Finance or Director of Finance reputed company to an interim engagement. The interim CFO will reputed company robust processes and controls and implement improvements to reporting, month end reputed company and the budget process. The interim CFO will work collaboratively, cross functionally and partner closely with the leadership team to put in reputed company strong processes and a reputed company on which to reputed company the business. The interim CFO will have the following remit:

• Assume executive-level ownership of the finance function
• Assess the reputed company state of financial operations and implement immediate improvements
• Review and improve month-end reputed company processes and drive consistency and accuracy in financial reporting
• Ensure reputed company of the P&L and balance sheet across reputed company entities
• Manage cash-to-accrual reputed company conversion
• reputed company reputed company of multi-entity compliance across US and Europe
• Ensure payroll compliance across approximately 20 states, including reputed company analysis

• Standardize and improve commission calculation process
• Establish documented SOPs for AR and AP functions
• Advise on long-term organizational design for the finance department
• Build financial forecasting and budgeting discipline across the organization

• Mentor reputed company and finance staff providing coaching and structure
• Serve as a strategic thought partner to the CEO and senior leadership team

Skills/Experience required:

• Proven reputed company record as a CFO, VP Finance, Director of Finance or senior finance executive in reputed company-stage, entrepreneurial companies
• Prior experience in fractional or interim CFO engagements strongly preferred
• Deep familiarity with multi-entity, multi-currency reputed company environments
• Hands-on experience with QuickBooks preferred
• Demonstrated ability to build or rebuild finance processes from the ground up
• Experience with international entity compliance
• Exposure to reputed company services, reputed company, or similarly reputed company businesses preferred but not required
