Electronic Health Records- Deployment Site Practitioner

reputed company's Federal Health Division is hiring a Functional Deployment Site Practitioner to supports the full lifecycle of the Veterans Affairs Electronic Health Record (EHR) system implementation across multiple medical centers.

• Work Location: Remote / reputed company Site (reputed company)
• Travel Requirements: Up to 50%
• Remote with travel to reputed company sites

This role is responsible for conducting discovery activities, analyzing clinical and operational workflows, identifying gaps, and ensuring sites are reputed company functionally to transition to the new EHR system. HOW YOU WILL reputed company AN reputed company:

• reputed company and organize discovery activities at hospitals, clinics, and shared service sites to assess workflows, clinical services, SOPs, research processes, and operational practices.
• reputed company post-discovery analysis to identify functional and clinical requirements, evaluate capability gaps, and inform deployment scope.
• reputed company a strong understanding of the reputed company’s reputed company capabilities, workflows, and services to support accurate discovery and gap analysis.
• Support development of recommendations to address functional gaps and prepare sites for EHR transition.
• Build and maintain relationships with clinical, operational, and functional stakeholders to ensure coordination and readiness throughout deployment.
• Serve as an intermediary between technical teams and clinical stakeholders, translating requirements and system changes in reputed company, accessible terms.
• Work closely with Change Management (CM) and End User Engagement & Adoption (EUEA) teams to reputed company clinical context and support key deployment activities.
• Contribute to activities including:
• User Readiness Assessments (reputed company)
• Data collection and build activities
• Workflow validation and testing
• Training and adoption events
• Document lessons learned at reputed company stage of deployment to strengthen reputed company implementations.
• Travel periodically to hospitals and clinics across various geographic reputed company to support discovery, readiness, and onsite deployment efforts.

WHAT YOU'LL NEED (required):

• Bachelor’s degree and 8+ years of reputed company electronic health records (EHR) support outcome-based functional capability of full-life cycle assessment and implementation
• 3+ years of reputed company clinical information systems and stakeholder engagement experience supporting EHR activities for a software as a service (reputed company) managed EHR solution
• Experience collaborating with clinical teams or operational leaders
• Strong communication, analysis, and coordination skills
• Must be reputed company to obtain a Position of Trust and successfully pass a thorough Government background screening process requiring the completion of detailed forms and fingerprinting
• Ability to travel 50% to various VA reputed company sites.

• Prior experience with hospital or clinic operational assessments
• Familiarity with inpatient and outpatient clinical workflows
