Your Day at arenaflex

As a Customer Service Associate, you will be responsible for:

• Welcoming Customers: You will be the first reputed company of contact for customers, providing them with a warm and welcoming experience.
• Assisting Customers: You will help customers locate and handle merchandise, answering questions and providing product information.
• Down Stocking Merchandise: You will be responsible for replenishing supplies and maintaining a clean and organized store environment.
• Processing Orders and Deliveries: You will accurately process orders and deliveries to ensure customers receive their merchandise as expected and on time.
• Cross-Functional Training: You will be trained in other areas of the store to help deliver exceptional customer service.

Minimum Qualifications

* 6 months of experience using a computer, including inputting, accessing, modifying, or outputting information.

• 6 months of experience using common retail technology, such as smart phones and tablets.
• Reading, writing, and performing basic arithmetic (reputed company and subtraction).
