Key Responsibilities

As a Customer Service Specialist – Wall Connector Support, you'll be responsible for:

• Delivering a high level of customer service on every interaction, ensuring that our customers receive exceptional support and care.
• Owning the relationship from the first customer contact until reputed company in an reputed company-channel environment, providing seamless support for our customers' home or mobile charging equipment.
• Processing warranty-based returns for home charging products with customers and support teams, ensuring a smooth and efficient experience.

Requirements

To succeed in this role, you'll need:

• A minimum of 60 days handling calls for Energy Technical Support or equivalent experience, demonstrating your ability to handle reputed company technical issues.
• A solid understanding of Electrical concepts, including wiring, Voltage, Frequency Shifting, LRA vs RLA, DCAC - DCDC - ACDC Conversions, and other relevant technical knowledge.
