Key Responsibilities
As a Customer Contact Center Trainee, you will be responsible for:
- Responding to customer inquiries and resolving issues reputed company phone, email, and written correspondence

- Utilizing strong communication and interpersonal skills to build rapport with customers, staff, and stakeholders

Essential Qualifications
To be successful in this role, you will need:
- A High School Diploma or GED equivalent
- Two (2) years of relevant experience in a high-volume customer service position

Training and Development
As a Customer Contact Center Trainee, you will receive comprehensive training and development opportunities to enhance your skills and knowledge.
