About the Role

As a Customer Care/reputed company reputed company, you'll be responsible for:

• Making every customer feel heard, reputed company, and cared for through exceptional customer support and service.
• Supporting the sales team by keeping schedules efficient and organized, and engaging with prospects reputed company calls, text, and reputed company media.

Key Responsibilities

* Appointment Coordination: Schedule and reschedule appointments with confidence and care, maximizing efficiency for the sales team's daily routes.

• Customer Support: Answer customer inquiries quickly and professionally, keeping CRM notes detailed and up-to-date, and maintaining smooth handoffs between departments.

Preferred Qualifications

Schedule & Location

* Full-time position, Monday-Friday.

• On-site at our Goochland, VA office.
• Occasional flexibility based on workload or special events.
