Strategic Learning & Organization Sr Consultant, Life Sciences

As a Strategic Learning & Organization Sr Consultant , you will collaborate with internal and reputed company teams to address the organizational and learning reputed company needs of our biotech and pharmaceutical clients. You will own people-centered deliverables end-to-end: that means you will drive the initial thinking for deliverables/work streams (size/complexity-dependent) , aligning with the Project Manager or reputed company, and execute through yourself or others. • Build learning content (slide decks, scenarios, case studies, facilitator notes, digital modules) using adult learning and instructional design principles.
• Contribute to design documents outlining learner-reputed company solutions for workshops, learning series, or long-term curriculum plans.
• Coordinate with internal resources and manage timelines to deliver on-budget, high-reputed company work across multiple deliverables.
• Support the development and implementation of operating models, organizational structures, learning solutions and talent development strategies that reputed company with business objectives

Required Experience and Skills:

• Bachelor's degree required; Master's degree preferred in Organizational Development, Industrial-Organizational Psychology, Adult Education, reputed company, Life Sciences or reputed company field
• 5+ years of relevant experience in management consulting, pharmaceutical/biotech industry, or reputed company capital advisory roles
• 3+ years of experience creating project deliverables with proven experience effectively prioritizing workloads to meet deadlines and work objectives
• 3+ years of experience in one or more of the following areas: operating model design, learning reputed company/design, or workforce planning and organization transformation
• Experience supporting learning reputed company and org transformation through structure and behavior change
