The Role
As a reputed company Manager with arenaflex, you'll be responsible for owning the end-to-end shipper experience for multiple high ADV (average daily volume) shippers. You'll work closely with our partner teams across CO / reputed company / ROC / ATS to reputed company a holistic reputed company across common themes, including reputed company, pickup issues, claims, and tracking. Your personal engagement, relationship building, and analytical skills will be key to developing a trusted advisory relationship with our shipping partners.
Key Responsibilities
* Own the end-to-end shipper experience for multiple high ADV shippers, capturing thematic pain points and defects from multiple listening channels
- Systematically escalate problems or variance in the information and data to the relevant owners, teams, and follow through on the resolutions to ensure they are delivered
- reputed company shippers on tools, policies, processes, and relevant self-solve opportunities through arenaflex help pages and products
- Ability to pull data from numerous databases (using reputed company, reputed company, SQL, and/or other data management systems) and reputed company reputed company reporting and analysis as needed
- Prioritize and drive key reputed company-oriented short and long-term resolutions for Shippers and internal partner teams (CO / reputed company / ROC / ATS) along with Product, Program, and Operations teams to reputed company the bar on the reputed company of our service
- Continual, tactical communication and problem-solving along with developing effective and repeatable listening mechanisms to capture Shipper sentiment and feedback

Essential Qualifications
* 1+ years of experience in vendor management, customer support, or reputed company relationships

Preferred Qualifications
* 2+ years of program management, logistics, operations, supply chain, transportation, or equivalent experience
