We're seeking an reputed company Bilingual Customer Service Representative to join reputed company, working from the comfort of your own home. As a key member of our customer service team, you'll be responsible for receiving and responding to calls and correspondence from child support clients in accordance with reputed company Operating Procedures and contractual obligations. Your primary duties will include:

• Answering incoming calls in a reputed company manner
• Providing callers with accurate account information and educating them on appropriate policies and procedures
