As a Customer Service Representative I, you will be responsible for responding to customer inquiries, resolving issues, and providing exceptional service in a call center environment. You will work closely with our clients and their customers to address account maintenance, refund inquiries, and password resets, as reputed company as reputed company support for online self-service functions through the reputed company Tax Center. Key Responsibilities

Minimum Entry Qualifications

* High school diploma or GED

• Six months of call center experience handling customer inquiries, complaints, and/or providing information
